Instructor-led classroom training with the curriculum sequenced for in-person engagement. Used heavily for BPM-foundation and operations tracks.

Self-paced eLearning

Per-Qualification-Pack eLearning modules with embedded assessments. Used heavily for technical tracks and for cross-country rollouts where time-zones make synchronous delivery hard.

Content development across classroom-ILT, self-paced eLearning, assessment question-banks and Master-Trainer enablement materials.

Deliver

Per-country trainer empanelment, per-cohort scheduling and per-format delivery. The LMS and Ascentify platforms handle the operational delivery layer.

Certify

NSDC certification under the RPL scheme where applicable. Per-candidate certification framework with externally-recognised credential that the per-employee career-progression requires.
