Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website at mindmapdigital.ai or engaging any services provided by MindMap Digital Pvt. Ltd.("MindMap Digital", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website or entering into a service engagement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and MindMap Digital Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to use of the MindMap Digital website. Use of specific services (e.g., products, platforms, managed engagements) is governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) entered into with clients.

2. Description of Services

MindMap Digital is an enterprise AI engineering firm. We provide:

  • AI software products and platforms (including DocGenie, DocuMage, ChatNext, OnboardX, Redacto, AI Voice Agent, and Bluetide capabilities)
  • Pre-built AI accelerators (117+ across business functions)
  • Professional services including AI strategy consulting, RPA/automation delivery, generative AI engineering, IDP/OCR, analytics and BI, and chatbot/NLP development
  • Google Cloud and Smartsheet reseller and implementation services
  • Managed AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) services

Services are delivered under separate client agreements. These Terms govern use of the public website and any information or materials accessible on it.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 MindMap Digital IP

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, and code — is the exclusive property of MindMap Digital Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Our 117-accelerator library, product platforms (DocGenie, DocuMage, ChatNext, OnboardX, Redacto, AI Voice Agent), proprietary methodologies, and any software developed by MindMap Digital constitute our intellectual property ("MindMap IP"). No use, reproduction, or distribution of MindMap IP is permitted without our prior written consent.

3.2 Client IP and Work Product

Ownership of deliverables, customisations, and work product developed specifically for a client under a paid engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable Master Service Agreement. Unless the MSA explicitly states otherwise:

  • Client-specific configurations and customisations built on top of MindMap IP are owned by the client;
  • The underlying MindMap IP (accelerators, frameworks, platforms) remain the property of MindMap Digital;
  • MindMap Digital retains the right to reuse general methodologies, patterns, and non-client-specific know-how developed during engagements.

3.3 Third-Party IP

Our services may incorporate open-source software or third-party technologies. Such components are licensed under their respective terms and do not affect MindMap Digital's ownership of its proprietary IP.

4. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems;
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from the website without our express written consent;
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code;
  • Reproduce, republish, or distribute website content without attribution and prior written consent;
  • Impersonate MindMap Digital or its employees.

5. Disclaimers and Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MindMap Digital makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

  • That the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses;
  • That the information on the website is accurate, complete, or up to date;
  • Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Performance metrics and results quoted on the website (e.g., accuracy rates, processing speeds, cost reductions) are representative of specific client deployments and are not guaranteed for all implementations. Actual results depend on client data, infrastructure, and configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindMap Digital Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
  • Damages arising from reliance on website content;
  • Damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data;

even if MindMap Digital has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of use of the website shall not exceed INR 10,000 (ten thousand Indian Rupees). Liability under separate client service agreements is governed exclusively by the terms of those agreements.

7. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. MindMap Digital does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@mindmapdigital.ai. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Master Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and MindMap Digital regarding use of the website and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
