AI agents that test SAP and enterprise applications the way your best QA engineer would — continuously.

Qualesce, the US enterprise test-automation practice built on the Worksoft platform, is now part of MindMap. With the agentic library on top, testing stops being the bottleneck: agents discover the process, generate the coverage, run it on every release, repair it when the application changes, and hand your auditors the evidence — all inside your perimeter.

Definition

Agentic test automation, defined.

Agentic test automation is testing performed by AI agents that understand the business process, not the screen. The agent discovers how an order, a claim or a hire actually flows through SAP and the applications around it; generates tests that cover that process and its variants; executes them on every release across every landscape; repairs the tests when the application changes; and records audit-grade evidence of what was proven. The human QA function moves from writing and fixing scripts to deciding what must be true.

It is delivered at MindMap on the Worksoft platform — the enterprise standard for process-level SAP automation — through Qualesce, the US practice that joined MindMap in 2026 with around twenty enterprise clients and one of the deepest Worksoft benches in the market. Sovereign by design, like everything else we ship: the agents, the platform and the test data stay inside your perimeter.

Why now

Testing is where enterprise change actually stalls

S/4HANA is a testing problem first

Every migration, every release wave, every RISE cut-over is gated by regression coverage nobody has time to write. The migration schedule slips on testing, not on code.

Release velocity outran the QA model

Monthly SAP releases, weekly Salesforce and ServiceNow changes, continuous integrations — scripted suites written for quarterly cycles cannot keep pace, and they break on every UI change.

Regulated change control wants evidence

GxP, SOX and financial-controls regimes need proof that the end-to-end process still works after each change. Screenshots and spreadsheets are not evidence; executed, logged, versioned tests are.

What the agents do

Six capabilities, one continuous loop

Process discovery

Agents observe how work actually flows through SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and the web apps around them, and map the end-to-end business processes that matter — not the screens a script happened to record.

Test generation from process

Coverage generated from the discovered process and its variants: order-to-cash across regions, procure-to-pay with three-way match exceptions, hire-to-retire with country rules.

Execution across environments

Runs on the Worksoft platform across dev, quality and pre-production landscapes, with test data managed and masked so nothing sensitive leaves the perimeter.

Self-healing maintenance

When a transaction, field or Fiori layout changes, the agent repairs the affected steps and flags what it could not resolve — the maintenance burden that kills most automation programmes.

Evidence for change control

Every run produces an audit-grade record: what was tested, on which build, with which data, by whom, with what result — mapped to the controls your auditors ask about.

Reporting in business terms

Coverage and risk reported per business process and release, not per script — so the CIO and the process owners read the same dashboard.

Where it earns its keep

Six use cases enterprises start with

S/4HANA migration regression

Full end-to-end coverage of the processes at risk in an ECC-to-S/4HANA move, re-run at every mock cut-over.

Release and patch testing

Continuous regression on the monthly SAP cadence and the weekly cadence of the systems around it.

Cross-application integration

One test that walks an order from Salesforce into SAP, through the warehouse system and out to the invoice.

GxP / SOX compliance evidence

Validated test execution with the traceability regulated industries need — pharma, medical devices, financial controls.

Data-migration validation

Reconciliation and process checks that prove migrated master and transaction data behaves correctly in the target.

Package and SaaS upgrades

Upgrade-readiness testing for SuccessFactors, Ariba, Coupa and the SaaS estate that changes on the vendor's schedule, not yours.

Sovereign by design

Your test data is your production data, one copy removed.

Quality landscapes hold real customers, real prices, real payroll. A cloud testing service is a data-transfer event with a regulator's name on it. Our agents and the Worksoft platform run inside your landscape; test data is masked in place; execution logs stream to your own SIEM. The same sovereign architecture as every MindMap deployment — because the regulator does not distinguish between production and the copy of production you test on.

How we engage

Assess, prove on a real release, then scale

01

Assess

Two weeks. Inventory the application landscape and release cadence, quantify current test effort and escape rate, and pick the first process to automate end-to-end.

02

Discover + generate

Agents map the target process and its variants and generate the first regression suite on the Worksoft platform, inside your environment.

03

Prove on a release

Run the suite against a real release or mock cut-over. Measure coverage, execution time and defects found versus the manual baseline.

04

Scale and hand over

Extend across processes and applications; train your team on the platform; leave a self-healing estate your QA function owns — or let us run it as a managed service.

FAQ

Questions CIOs and QA leaders ask

What is agentic test automation?
Test automation where AI agents do the work a test engineer does: discover the business process, generate tests that cover it and its variants, execute them across environments, repair them when the application changes, and produce audit-grade evidence. It differs from scripted automation (which records screens and breaks when they change) and from RPA-style testing (which automates clicks without understanding the process). MindMap delivers it on the Worksoft platform through the Qualesce practice, which joined MindMap in 2026.
Which applications does it cover?
SAP first — S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, Ariba, SuccessFactors — and the enterprise applications that processes run through around SAP: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Coupa and custom web applications. End-to-end tests cross application boundaries because business processes do.
What does Qualesce bring to MindMap?
A US enterprise test-automation practice with a market-leading Worksoft capability and around twenty enterprise clients on subscription. Qualesce brings the platform depth and the QA discipline; MindMap brings the agentic library, the sovereign deployment model and the 117-accelerator estate. Together the offer is autonomous, process-aware testing that runs inside the client's perimeter.
Why does sovereignty matter for testing?
Test environments hold copies of real master data, customer records and financial transactions. Sending them to a cloud testing service is a data-transfer event regulators care about. Our agents and the Worksoft platform run inside your landscape; test data is masked in place and never leaves.
How is it priced?
Outcome-oriented, like the rest of MindMap: an assessment with a fixed scope, then a subscription to the automated estate sized by processes and applications covered — not by seats or by hours. A managed-service option runs the estate for you.
How quickly does the first suite run?
The first process is typically discovered, generated and executing on a real release within the first six to eight weeks of an engagement, with the assessment included. Scale-out to the wider landscape follows release by release.

Two weeks to know what your testing really costs — and what agents would change.

A fixed-scope assessment of your landscape, release cadence and test effort, with the first process picked and quantified.
