The challenge
The client — the same global BPM major, post the initial multi-engagement skilling work — appointed MindMap as sole training-partner for the next-phase organisation-wide reskilling initiative. The initiative aimed at reskilling 5,000+ employees across 9 different countries to build BPM-and-Digital skills (Analytics and RPA) over a 3-year horizon, in a completely MindMap-owned delivery-methodology.
The structural concerns were specific. The cross-country rollout required the per-country operational-coordination across the diverse-time-zones-and-cultural-contexts; the per-employee learning-journey-tracking required the structured-platform-foundation that handled the scale-of-the-initiative; the per-employee certification framework needed the structural-credibility (the NSDC certification under the RPL scheme where applicable) that the per-employee career-progression required; and the per-employee delivery-experience needed the blended-learning approach (classroom-ILT-and-self-paced-eLearning with the gamified-leaderboard) that the per-employee engagement required.
The CPO had aligned on the objective: deliver the structured-cross-country reskilling initiative with the industry-approved Learning Path customised to the BPM major's needs with the integration of the Big-5 (the foundational digital-skill areas the organisation had prioritised), provide the per-employee certification framework with the appropriate-credibility, and deliver the blended-program experience with the gamified-leaderboard engagement-pattern.
The approach
MindMap deployed a comprehensive global-education-platform composed of Process Assessment Engine (Pa) for the per-employee skill-assessment-and-certification, RAG Builder (Rg) for the per-track content-retrieval, ChatNext (Cn) for the per-learner support-experience, and Multi-Agent Orchestrator (Mo) for the cross-country programme-orchestration.
Phase one was the industry-approved Learning Path customised to the BPM major's needs with the integration of the Big-5 (the foundational digital-skill areas the organisation had prioritised). The customised Learning Path supported the two learning-tracks: the BPM Certified Professional track and the Digital BPM Certified Professional track.
Phase two was the learner's-journey-tracking-and-schedule-and-programme-management using the MindMap LMS. The LMS supported the per-employee learning-progression with the appropriate per-stage tracking and the per-employee personalisation pattern.
Phase three was the certification framework. The NSDC certification under the RPL scheme (wherever applicable) provided the structural-credibility for the per-employee certification. The certification framework supported the per-employee career-progression with the externally-recognised credential.
Phase four was the blend-of-programs delivery. The classroom-ILT-and-self-paced-eLearning approach with the gamified-leaderboard supported the per-employee engagement-pattern. The blended-learning approach scaled the per-employee delivery-experience across the cross-country rollout.
Phase five was the technology-aided-delivery layer. The Ascentify-and-MindMap-LMS platforms supported the per-employee delivery-experience with the appropriate per-country operational-deployment.

The platform runs on the BPM major's managed cloud environment with the appropriate per-country per-employee learning-data-handling controls. The platform combines the Ascentify platform for the technology-aided-delivery and the MindMap LMS for the structured-learning-management.
Process Assessment Engine handles the per-employee skill-assessment-and-certification with the per-skill-area-and-per-proficiency-level assessment-mechanism aligned with the NSDC certification framework. The certification supports the per-employee externally-recognised credential.
RAG Builder handles the per-track content-retrieval with the per-content-type-and-per-difficulty-level retrieval-and-recommendation. The retrieval supports the per-employee personalised-learning-experience.
ChatNext handles the per-learner support-experience with the conversational-engagement that the learning-experience requires. The support-experience handles the per-learner question-answering across the per-country language-and-cultural variations.
Multi-Agent Orchestrator handles the cross-country programme-orchestration with the per-country lifecycle-tracking-and-coordination. The orchestration handles the per-country trainer-empanelment-and-scheduling and the per-country delivery-coordination across the 9-country footprint.
The MindMap LMS handles the per-learner journey-tracking-and-schedule-and-programme-management with the structured-learning-data preservation. The LMS supports the per-employee learning-progression and the per-employee certification-tracking.
The gamified-leaderboard layer supports the per-employee engagement with the cross-employee competitive-comparison and the per-employee achievement-recognition pattern.
