The challenge
The client — operating at the intersection of state-government skill-development initiatives and CSR-funded corporate-donor programmes in India — was running a substantial workforce-upskilling agenda that required the structural-partnership-orchestration across the multiple stakeholder-categories (the state-government skill-development entities, the corporate-donor CSR-arms, the NASSCOM Sector Skill Council, the NASSCOM Foundation, the partner-college-network, the per-candidate workforce).
The structural concerns were specific. The cross-stakeholder programme-coordination required the structured operational-foundation that the per-stakeholder fragmented-approaches had been structurally unable to deliver; the per-candidate certification-framework needed the NASSCOM Sector Skill Council alignment that the IT-ITES-industry-recognition required; the per-college partnership-network needed the structural-deployment-pattern that the 11-city footprint required; and the per-job-role qualification-pack creation needed the structural-design-and-content-development that the NASSCOM Sector Skill Council Student-Handbook-and-Facilitator-Guide requirements required.
The leadership had aligned on the objective: deliver the comprehensive cross-stakeholder skilling-partnership with the structural-credibility (the NASSCOM Sector Skill Council and NASSCOM Foundation strategic skilling partnership status), provide the per-candidate certification-framework with the appropriate industry-recognition, and support the per-partner-CSR-investment reporting that the corporate-donor stakeholders required.
The approach
MindMap deployed a comprehensive skilling-partnership platform composed of Process Assessment Engine (Pa) for the per-candidate skill-assessment-and-NASSCOM-aligned certification, RAG Builder (Rg) for the per-Qualification-Pack content-retrieval, ChatNext (Cn) for the per-candidate support-experience, and Multi-Agent Orchestrator (Mo) for the cross-stakeholder programme-orchestration.
Phase one was the strategic skilling-partnership with NASSCOM Sector Skill Council and NASSCOM Foundation. The strategic-partnership position established MindMap as the NASSCOM-Licenced training-partner for various Job-Roles with a vision to train 1,00,000 youth by 2022. The strategic-partnership also positioned MindMap as the NASSCOM Foundation CSR Training Partner with the structured CSR-funded delivery commitments.
Phase two was the NASSCOM QP Content Creation work. MindMap was published for the NASSCOM Sector Skill Council Student-Handbook and Facilitator-Guides; designed over 10 QPs covering Associate Analytics, Finance & Accounting, Cyber Security, CRM, Data Entry, IT Helpdesk, Product Engineering and Software Developer.
Phase three was the QP-aligned eLearning-and-Assessments work. We developed eLearning content for the NASSCOM QPs and the skills-for-the-future; created the question-bank in-line with the QP Assessments for practice; and supported the 10+ Master Trainers across the domains.
Phase four was the per-stakeholder programme delivery. A BPM-foundation engagement delivered 300 trained candidates in CRM-Voice, CRM-Non-Voice and Finance-and-Accounting. A peer BPM major's workforce-mobility programme delivered 1,126 candidates in Finance-and-Accounting. An engineering-services employability programme delivered 1,429 candidates in Software-Development-Life-Cycle. A state skill-development engagement delivered 1,591 candidates in F&A, Data-Analytics, CRM-Voice-and-Non-Voice and BFSI-Operations. A knowledge-process-outsourcing skilling programme delivered 1,000+ candidates in Data-Analytics, Investment-Banking, UI/.NET and CRM-Non-Voice. A separate state data-analytics engagement delivered 1,000+ candidates in Data-Analytics.
Phase five was the NASSCOM Foundation CSR delivery. We delivered over 5,000+ resources trained as NASSCOM Foundation CSR partner with 70% plus certifications, 60% Women Candidates and 60%+ Placements. The candidates were trained in Data Analytics, Finance Accounting, CSR Voice-Data, Software Developer roles across NCR, Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Chandigarh and West Bengal.

The architecture
The platform runs on the MindMap-managed cloud environment with the appropriate per-candidate per-partner data-handling controls. The platform combines the structured-content-delivery (the per-QP eLearning content, the per-QP assessment question-banks), the per-trainer empanelment-and-management, and the per-college partnership-management.
Process Assessment Engine handles the per-candidate skill-assessment-and-NASSCOM-aligned certification with the structured-assessment-mechanism aligned with the NASSCOM Sector Skill Council QP Assessment requirements. The certification supports the per-candidate IT-ITES-industry-recognition.
RAG Builder handles the per-Qualification-Pack content-retrieval with the per-QP content-organisation and the per-skill-area retrieval-and-recommendation. The retrieval supports the per-candidate personalised-learning-experience.
ChatNext handles the per-candidate support-experience with the conversational-engagement that the candidate-learning-experience requires. The support-experience handles the per-candidate question-answering across the per-state language-and-cultural variations.
Multi-Agent Orchestrator handles the cross-stakeholder programme-orchestration with the per-stakeholder lifecycle-tracking-and-coordination (the per-state-government engagement, the per-corporate-donor CSR-engagement, the per-college partnership-engagement, the per-NASSCOM-engagement). The orchestration supports the per-stakeholder reporting-and-engagement-management.
The structured-content-delivery platform handles the per-QP Student-Handbook-and-Facilitator-Guide delivery, the per-QP eLearning-content delivery, the per-QP assessment-question-bank delivery and the per-Master-Trainer engagement-support.
The audit trail captures every per-candidate-and-per-programme lifecycle event with the full context preserved for the per-stakeholder reporting and the regulatory-compliance requirements.
